SMALL GROUP TRAINING

Small Group Training (SGT) is designed with your transformation in mind. Sessions are led by a certified personal trainer with an 8-12 individual session size. We take pride in programming/providing fun yet challenging workouts for all fitness levels. SGT workouts are 45 minutes in length and are made up of Strength Based Training (Resistance Training) and Metabolic Conditioning (Interval Training)!

SEMI-PRIVATE TRAINING/PERSONAL TRAINING

Semi-Private Training is designed for those individuals that want a more tailored and intimate training experience. Sessions are led by a certified personal trainer with an 2-4 individual session size. We take pride in programming/providing fun yet challenging workouts for all fitness levels. Semi-Private training workouts are 45 minutes in length and are tailored to the individual participants in each daily workout! Semi-Private is a great option for those individuals just getting back into health and fitness, or that have joint/medical complications that need more tailored care.

Personal Training is a custom program designed specifically to the individual. Each client receives an individualized stretching, core, strength and cardiovascular training program. Additionally, enjoy an exclusive training experience in a private boutique training experience.

MYZONE HEART RATE SYSTEM

The MyZone System provides in workout feedback on your individualized response to each workout. You will have your calorie burn, heart rate, and effort displayed live on our facility flat screens.

FIT3D SCANNING SYSTEM

We know that results are extremely important to our clients which is why we offer the advanced FIT3D Scanning System to our members. In each 30 second scan, the system will output your weight, body composition, muscle mass, fat mass, measurements, balance assessment, postural scan, and caloric body burn. Every month you will have the confidence in knowing that your hard work is paying off.

Feature 3

NUTRITION TRACKING APP

We provide all full time members their own accountability application which is pre-loaded with their specific nutritional targets for success. Additionally, we assign each full time member an accountability success coach which monitors weekly food intake. We know that if our  members track at least 75% of their monthly nutrition, their success towards their transformation is greatly increased.
