Our unique Semi-Private Personal Training program makes personal training both fun and affordable! You will work through your own personal program with your training coach while in a small group of up to 3 other members. Semi-Private Personal Training is our most popular training program and a great place to start when joining us for the first time. You will get a great dynamic and efficient workout always led by our coaches to help you succeed! It is an excellent way to get the expertise you need and have a supportive team of coaches and members in your corner!
Our Functional Interval Training Large Group sessions are designed to get you an amazing full body workout. Our interval training combines functional movement exercises, strength training, cardio, TRX, and more! Each session is different and sure to get you sweating. Our Large Group Training is ongoing and you can sign-up and join in anytime. Sessions are limited to 15 people so you get the individual attention you need with the fun of a group environment. We make sure you are performing every movement correctly for maximum benefit and to keep you injury free. We offer unlimited training options to fit your schedule.
