THE 12 WEEK CHALLENGE PROGRAM INCLUDES:

Initial Evaluation: This is where we’ll measure your starting point and develop your plan to get you maximum results. Stop in to Fitness Worx during any orientation time and we will conduct your evaluation.

Orientation: You will receive your 12 Week Challenge documents at this meeting, as well as all your directions and information. You’ll learn exactly how to start the 12 Week Challenge and be on your way to better results faster than ever, and you will be fired up with fresh focus!

Bi-Weekly Assessments: Our team of coaches will review your food journal and weigh you. We will let you know the available hours of these assessments at orientation.
